1. Legislative and Executive: Policies and Projects for Climate Justice
This project aims to extend, implement and raise environmental initiatives by imparting educational background and awareness to the Sangguniang Kabataan (SKs) candidate. In connection with the International Youth Day, together with ASEAN Youth Week 2022, the Pass sa Plastik program will launch a webinar session and workshop for the aspiring youth leaders and interested individuals wherein the experts from the environmental sectors will give a speakership session to tackle this concerning issue shared across the country.2. Green Hub: Urban Gardening Seminar
This event is a workshop to learn livelihood-based gardening to plan, strategize, monitor, and subsequently grow a garden in your own home. Catered for sustainable growth of plants and a source of subsistence to the family.3. Weaving Stories of Hope in Indigenous Land
This is an event that aims to celebrate the World's Indigenous Peoples on August 9, 2022. Friends of the National Minority shall gather all youth advocates from all walks of life in the ASEAN community to come together and root the cause of landlessness in our communities, and strengthen each one’s resolve for climate justice. To give everyone new skills and an understanding of Philippine History, Judith Basco, shall host a 60-minute workshop through a hybrid set-up.4. Human Library
This is a simulation of a classical library in which the readers can come, borrow and interactively learn from a book made of real human experience. It will be a weekly online-based activity aiming to create an interactive learning experience from in-depth experience sharing of volunteers. The library aims to give readers a first-hand, direct experience on subjects of their interest whereby our team acts as a "librarian" in providing online interactive books through a “storytelling’ method.
